Text Box: James Lee has been in the Point of Sale industry for over 28 years and not only watched the technology evolve, but he has also grown with it.  From the first Micros 2700 systems to the latest 3700 systems,  James continues to increase his knowledge base in order to be fully literate of all the products sold at WTCR.   

 

 

 

 

 

General Manager - Landry Littrell

 

 

Text Box: If Landry Littrell had to be described in one word it would be experience.  After working in restaurants for nearly 25 years, Landry has a comprehensive perspective of the overall needs of a restaurant.  This along with graduating the Micros Academy, earning a degree in Applied Science in Electronics Technology and Computers, and being ISECT certified has given him an edge in the Point of Sale industry.

 

 

 

Service manager - Alonzo Mejia   

Text Box: Over the last seven years working as Service Manager at WTCR, Alonzo has learned the importance of team building as well as the growth of each individual employee, including himself.  After going through the Micros POS Academy Training and getting his degree in Applied Science in Electronics Technology and Computers, Alonzo continued his education by becoming a Certified Electronics Technician.  Although Alonzo is well qualified as an individual, he understands that the best way to build business and improve the customer experience is through working together as a team.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Support/Programming Manager - Paul Barker

 

 

Text Box: Webster Dictionary defines “Guru” as one that is an acknowledged leader or chief proponent, and at WTCR there is only one person who can wear that title, his name is Paul.  Paul “The Guru” Barker has been with WTCR since 1996, and has installed, maintained, and serviced nearly every type of Micros POS systems.  He has been through the Micros POS Academy where he was trained on Micros 3700, EM Server version 3.0, and Micros e7 systems.  Paul’s expertise along with his patience and good attitude makes WTCR’s support second to none.

 

 

 

 

Programmer - Keith Church

Text Box:  Keith Church is priceless asset  here at WTCR.  With a Master’s Degree in Education and extensive training in computer networking he is the ultimate support specialists.  He is currently working on becoming a Microsoft Certified Network Engineer and a Cisco Certified Network Apprentice.  While Keith understands that building his technical skills are important, he also knows the value of effective communication when helping customers.
